Positives of the land:

A Rectangle piece.

A Farm Shed.

A River near the Land.

A Temple near the Land.

A Coconut Farm in the corner.

Negatives:

Historic Insecticide and Pesticide usage.

Water source need to be pondered. (Artisan wells or Bore wells).
